Eating Less Fat May Cause a Shaking of the Hands Disease

Those who consume less fat every day had a 39 percent chance of developing shorter hand shaking compared with those who consumed less than one serving per week. A study has found.
The findings were published in the journal Leurology, suggesting that those who consume less at least three times a day of low-fat milk had a 34 percent chance of developing shorter-than-shorter periods than those who consumed less than once a day.
Katherine C. Hughes, from Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health in Boston, said: "The results provide evidence of a slight increase in the risk of shaking hands when eating low-fat dairy products. Such widely used milk products are a risk factor for the disease.
Researchers analyzed data from 80,736 women aged 25 and older, and 48,610 men. Participants of these studies filled the health chart every two years and the diet schedule every four years. During that time 1,036 participants developed shingles.
In this study, the researchers found that drinking milk was associated with an increased risk of shaking. Hughes said: Low-fat dairy consumption was often associated with a slight increase in the risk of dysentery.
