1. You eat little candy every day
Small chocolates or candy may not be a problem for you, but these small amounts of candy may add up the amount of calories you consume per day. Even if you consume a small amount of candy every day, you will increase by 100 calories per week.
2. You drop the breakfast to get to work
Getting to work right on time can make you successful on time, but not eating breakfast makes you lose the next morning, it will make you crave a diet high in fat and carbohydrates. So do not forget to eat breakfast.
3. Drinking too much coffee
